1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GraphrAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. The Service

GraphrAI is a multi-agent LLM reasoning platform. Users create sessions that run one or more reasoning modes — including Free Form, Single Agent, Devil's Advocate, Lookahead, Colosseum Adaptive, Agentic Plan, and additional experimental modes — which orchestrate AI agents over a visual conversation graph (a DAG, or directed acyclic graph). Results are streamed to you live as agents complete their work.

3. Accounts

To use GraphrAI, you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Account deletion requires re-authentication to confirm the request is genuinely yours.

4. Acceptable Use

When using GraphrAI, you agree not to:

• Use the service to create, store, or distribute illegal content;
• Use the service to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to third-party systems or networks;
• Attempt to bypass usage quotas, rate limits, or other security or access controls; or
• Interfere with or degrade the service for other users.

We may investigate suspected violations of this section and take action as described in Termination.

5. LLM Routing & Model Selection

Unless you supply your own API key for a given provider, your GraphrAI requests are routed through platform-selected LLM providers based on availability, model selection, and cost optimization. This lets us deliver reliable service at competitive pricing. If you bring your own API key, requests to that provider are made directly using your key.

GraphrAI supports 50+ models via LiteLLM, including models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, and others.

6. Bring Your Own API Keys

If you provide your own provider API keys, you are responsible for your own usage costs incurred with that provider, and for complying with that provider's own terms of service. GraphrAI is not a party to the agreement between you and your chosen provider.

7. Plans, Quotas & Billing

GraphrAI offers free and paid plan tiers, each with associated usage quotas. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from account settings. Current pricing and quota details are shown in-app and may change from time to time; we will provide notice ahead of any material change affecting a paid plan.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit to GraphrAI, including messages, prompts, and any material you upload. We do not use your conversation content to train models.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your own account at any time from account settings, as described in Accounts.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it.

To the extent permitted by law, GraphrAI's liability arising out of or relating to your use of the service is limited, and we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of GraphrAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
